TEDxSBSC 3.0 was held in March 2021, the theme for this edition was Limitations are perceptions. The theme focuses on understanding that limitations are just mental boundaries and overcoming these limitations will act as a catalyst for achieving the extraordinary. The third edition of TEDxSBSC witnessed 7 speakers coming from completely different backgrounds who've achieved success despite the limitations set by society, themselves and the people around them.

Captain Akhilesh is a Kargil war hero and has led his team to victory in three attacks during Kargil war. Despite getting severely injured during his third operation with enemy fire but continued the mission and leading his team until Indian victory. He is a motivational speaker, corporate thought leader and currently working as Vice President with Tata group. National Television “DD” has done an exclusive program on him covering his life and achievements. He is a regular speaker on various TV channels and industry forums.
He is an alumnus of the University of Michigan, US and Faculty of Management Studies (FMS, Delhi).
Being a behavioural scientist and social psychologist for companies and governments, George Elerick has worked with the United Nations & Los Angeles film companies. He specializes in understanding and coaching others on human behaviour.
His fascination with ‘what makes humans do’ has driven his sociological curiosity to create social experiments. Also a behavioural consultant, social theorist and all investigator, he has worked internationally with universities, community groups, governments and more to uncover the human mind.

He pursued his Bachelor's degree from Drexel, Philadelphia and worked with NASA Pennsylvania Space Grant to design an origami-based modular solar panel array for mini-satellites. Mr. Saha has also led a program to design a multi-million dollar portfolio of smart grid technology projects at American Electric Power and later became the co-founder of Trolysis - an American clean energy startup.

The first ever Indian to grab the prestigious crown of Miss Deaf World 2019, Vidisha Baliyan has also won the National Award for the Empowerment of Persons with disabilities by the Vice-President of India. She has also participated in Deaf Olympics and successfully secured the 5th position. She secured the position of Runners up in Tennis Sports 2011 and even won Silver Medal in 21st and 22nd National Games of Deaf. She has also been felicitated as the Indian Icon of Social Service and Glamour.
A 2020 Guggenheim Foundation fellow, Mr. Sandeep Das is a Grammy-winning Tabla player, composer, and educator currently based in Boston, MA. Since his debut concert with Pt. Ravi Shankar at the age of 17, he has performed across the globe with legendary maestros of Indian Classical Music and iconic musicians of many other traditions. His concerts have taken place at events such as the 150th anniversary of the UNO, the opening ceremony of the Special Olympics, and the BBC proms, in addition to major venues like The Carnegie Hall, The Hollywood Bowl, and The Forbidden City Concert Hall.
